You were so close on that bend past the tea rooms and round to the right and the grave yard is on the right. I live near to Moreton and the grave is quite well hidden. I usually take a ride up to his grave on May 25th. I was lucky enough to visit RAF Cranwell in the late 1980s and did a stint with the RAF Police there. There is a tribute area at the Station to T. E . Lawrence that many people would not get to see. Not sure if its still there. Next time your in Dorset take a ride down to Tyneham , its a fasinating village trapped in time and seconded in WW2 for D Day preparations. I enjoyed your content. Thanks.

Had mine for about 3 weeks now. This model out the door for 15.5 USD. 6 miles on it as they require to do PDI before releasing to the buyer. I had 2020 softail slim as well bit this 100yrs is on a different league. I noticed right around 600 miles. The big boxer is freaking mighty machine. It flies!

I travel a lot, specially backpaking in South America. I started to look into learning to ride a bike so I could have more options when traveling, specially in remote areas where public transport is not reliable. That was a year ago...In the meantime I've become a full on addict to riding. Freddie, you have been a big influence. Thanks to your reviews I bought a RE Classic 350 and I'm in love with it. Not only that, but your passion for motorycling is so contagious that I feel lucky I found your channel when I did. Thanks brother.

I’m 55 years and an ocean away from you reflecting on rides I’ve taken in my time because of your work. While you have the advantage of great cameras for you to remember it all try to somehow record the feel of the machine, cold air on your face, and the time alone when only little worries were in your life. Thank you for returning me to early morning rides between farms with those sometimes rude aromas people in automobiles never get. Thank for making me remember.

I grew up about 5 miles away from Moreton and Lawrence’s final resting place. I spent much of my early biking days ripping around these roads - it’s a beautiful part of the world and it was lovely to see you enjoying it too.

I don't think you should be asking which is the better bike. Everyone has their own tick list. If you want pure retro but modern reliability as you said, then the RE has it hands down. Just look at the engines and finish, chrome, spoked wheels etc. So in my opinion the RE is more purist and the bonnie sudo retro. Painted engines are not retro, polished aluminium is. Yes, good comment, the RE is classless. Good review with some things others don't do like manoeuvrability. I don't know why, but you said you were going to test the pillion usability with Monica. Then nothing? Anyway it's still good for bikers to have the choice. 😊 Greetings from Vienna.

Overall I like this motorcycle although Harley Davidson is not my cup of tea! The only thing I absolutely hate about this bike is the absolutely horrible exhaust system, wtf is that!

New to the channel. Most You Tubers wouldn't have put this one out there. Freddie's honest style is refreshing and endearing. Very enjoyable, and a good history lesson. Thanks Freddie. Keep them coming. I would like to see an episode of how influential and timeless Turner's '37 Triumph 500 speed twin has turned out to be. My all time ultimate bike, and very much the classic style of today.

Freddie, you made me homesick for ol’ blighty. I moved to the U.S. in 1983, but generally get home every year. My sister and husband don’t live that far from Studland and the Sandbanks chain ferry and have visited several times. Hampshire and Dorset have some beautiful countryside and sea vistas. Glad you managed to stay away from the pileup; I’m guessing on the M27. Ride safe and thanks for your great videos. I now need to find Part 1 😉

Loved this video Freddie, and you made the village I lived in for 20 years look fantastic too. I ride that route from Ipswich to Shotley Gate and back regularly which is a lovely little run on two wheels. Another fab motorcycle update! 👏🏻

At 16 I bought a used 1968 BSA Lightning 650. I loved that bike. I'm 68 and will always remember the day I rode it home.

Thoroughly enjoyed this. I’ve lived in the area for 3yrs and ride past that TVR graveyard often but never stopped. Nice to see it pop up and see a bit more than I have from the road. Never knew about LoA’s connection to the area but I’ll be paying his house and grave a visit. Cheers

Hi Freddie always remember my mother buying me all the gear when I started riding . She bought me a Belstaff Jacket and trousers with the same sort of boots as the Police wore very stiff and very high. When I got on my little Suzuki 80 c.c sport "up flung exhaust" I could simply not feel a thing from toe to shoulder !! The kit was more dangerous than riding in the nude.... Her intensions were good but it felt terrible and I soon got rid of everything bar the Jacket which I still can not find as I never sold it but seem to have lost it over several house moves at 71 wish I still had both the bike and the gear L.O.L.........

Also, if you divert a little bit and head towards Corfe, the views are amazing and Corfe Castle makes a great thumbnail, plus the road from Corfe to Studland is brilliant. Lovely to see my part of the world on the RUclipss.

This was quite the adventure. I always enjoy your videos. May I recommend you always take a granola bar or some type of nuts when traveling. They are small and easy to pack for situations like this.
